New Chocolate Fondue Fountain for Xmas??

                                                                                                                 Read on.................

1: Turn Fountain on, heater on, and spinning.

2: Melt your Melting wafers, or Real Chocolate prior to filling the fountain ( Microwave or Double boiler method)

3: You WILL need to thin down the chocolate with either Cocoa butter ( preferred) or canola oil.

use sparingly, as too much will alter the taste, but using the chocolate " unthinned" will probably stall out the motor.

4: Slowly pour the melted, thinned chocolate into the top auger (crown) of the spinning fountain.

the motor will slow down...........stop pouring, let it pick up speed, then continue.

Most of the home hobby fountains take 4 - 5 Lbs of chocolate .

5: Enjoy!!!!!! You can safely dip most soft fruits, be carefull with crumbly items, as they can soon stall out the "hobby" fountains
